Glücksgas Arena

Glücksgas in English means Good Luck Gas. This facility is located in the city of Dresden, Germany and is the home ground for the Bundesliga team, Dynamo Dresden. The stadium was formerly known as Rudolf Harbig Stadion. This fantastic venue was also used for the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. The facility is one of the nine stadiums selected for the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The architect of the new stadium is B+P Projekt and a whopping 45 Million Euros were spent in the construction of the stadium. Besides having a capacity of 32,085 fans, the facility also has 18 suits, and place to accommodate 56 fans on wheelchairs. During a concert, the total capacity of the stadium can be increased to 36,000.
The stadium is owned by the municipal authority of Dresden City
